Important cottage-food notice
This food was produced in a private residence that is exempt from government licensing and inspection. Products may contain allergens. Each product listing or label will identify the product, ingredients in descending order, major allergens, and the producer contact information required by applicable Oklahoma law.
Terms of Service
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and be legally able to enter this agreement. Accounts are personal; keep your credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Products, prices, availability, service areas, and delivery windows may change. Your order is accepted only after successful payment and an order confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order for inventory, safety, pricing, fraud, service-area, or legal reasons; if we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.
Food is prepared in a private Oklahoma residence. We do not promise an allergen-free environment. Products may contain or contact wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, or other allergens. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information and contacting us before ordering if they have concerns.
You grant us permission to enter the delivery location only as reasonably needed to deliver your order. Risk of loss passes when an order is handed to you or left at the agreed location. Site content belongs to Sky's Bakery and may not be commercially reused without permission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Oklahoma law governs these terms.
Refund and cancellation policy — all sales final
Because every order is made to order and food cannot be restocked, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for preference, scheduling mistakes, an incorrect address supplied by the customer, or an unattended delivery.
If your order is missing, materially incorrect, damaged before delivery, or unsafe, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos. We will review the circumstances and, at our discretion, remake the affected item, issue store credit, or refund the affected item. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will refund the unfulfilled portion.
Privacy Statement
We collect information you provide—such as name, email, phone, delivery addresses, order details, delivery instructions, and messages—plus basic device, security, and site-use data. We use it to create and secure accounts, verify email, validate service-area eligibility, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet tax and legal duties, and improve the service.
Stripe processes payment credentials; Sky's Bakery does not store full card numbers. Resend processes transactional email. Hosting, analytics, and operational vendors may process limited information under service agreements. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or rights, or as part of a business transfer.
We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including tax, dispute, and security requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the bakery; some records may be retained where legally required. We use necessary cookies for authentication, security, bag, and checkout functions. This service is not directed to children under 13.
Delivery, pickup, and proof of delivery
Orders are available only in the service area and windows shown at checkout. Someone must be available when temperature-sensitive food requires handoff. If you authorize an unattended drop, you accept the risks of weather, animals, theft, and delayed retrieval after the delivery is documented. We may capture a photo of the order at the delivery location as proof of delivery; photos should focus on the package and avoid people or private interior areas.
